Belma Velic, Founder

Belma Velic is a senior technology leader with a strong track record for delivering value from transformation and change programmes. Belma has operated across a range of technology organisations during her 18 year career. Working with technology management teams, Chief Information Officer (CIO)/ Chief Technology Officer (CTO), driving process, control and efficiency improvements within a Private Equity environment and delivering key value plan activities across multiple sectors including; financial services. e-commerce, retail, payments, logistics and product centric technology organisations.  

Belma is passionate about helping teams and peers navigate large-scale changes, in a collaborative and supportive way and strongly believes in creating an environment where real talent has a chance to shine through.

She is a strong advocate of cross-pollinating ideas that begin as process, but end up as the 'way of working' that all teams can get on board with. This results in faster delivery of projects, transparency of budgets and deliverables across programmes and projects, cost savings, better partner relationships and clear expectations of strategy vs execution.

Belma has pioneered many process changes and is laser focused on automating processes where it makes sense to do so as automation frees up team capacity to focus on delivering real outcomes.
